Arrival
A fully completed boutique hospitality asset — twelve units. Every surface, every fixture, every detail has been completed to an operational standard — ready for the first guest who has yet to arrive.
Accommodation
A considered accommodation mix designed for flexible boutique operation — from twin-share fitness guests to premium couples and extended-stay apartment use.
The Rooms
Five unit types across twelve accommodations — each finished, furnished, and equipped to the same standard. From twin-share fitness guests to premium couples and extended-stay apartment residents, the lodge accommodates a flexible mix of boutique-hospitality use cases.
Five twin-configuration rooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. Designed for training groups, retreat guests, and twin-share fitness bookings — a core inventory of the Scandinavian Boot Camp operating model.
Two double rooms designed for couples and single-occupancy premium bookings. Identical footprint to the twin rooms with a reconfigured bedroom layout around a queen bed.
Three superior rooms, each 29 sqm, with an upgraded finish level. A step up in size and appointment — suitable for higher-tariff couples' bookings and premium retreat participants.
A single Deluxe room featuring a private steamer — a signature wellness amenity that elevates the highest-tariff traditional guest room in the lodge inventory.
The Apartment is the lodge's largest accommodation and can operate as a distinct sub-branded unit. At 52 sqm, it is fully self-contained with its own en-suite bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen — configured for extended-stay guests, couples on longer retreats, or private rental. Previously rented separately from the main lodge inventory, the Apartment adds an additional income stream and a point of commercial differentiation within the asset.
Previously operated as a standalone rental unit — fully equipped, self-contained, and immediately deployable as a separate income stream within the asset.
Layout
Staff rooms 11 and 12 are positioned on the upper level adjacent to the gym — purpose-built operator accommodation included within the lodge footprint.

Lounge — chesterfield, bioethanol fireplace, velvet poufs

Water sourced, bottled, and served under the SBC identity — a considered detail that sets the tone for every guest experience from arrival to table.
Accessibility
SBC Lodge has been designed and adapted for full accessibility — a rare and commercially significant feature among boutique hospitality assets in remote destinations. This is infrastructure, not afterthought.
In Motion
A modern folding stair lift provides full access to the upper floor of the lodge — fitted to a commercial standard and ready for immediate use. This is accessibility built into the asset, not retrofitted as an afterthought.
A ready-made inclusivity story — open to guests, retreats, and corporate groups that many competing properties cannot accommodate.
